The apartment is on the second floor of a newly renovated historic building, with high ceilings and large windows. It has an approximate area of 50 m² and the building has an elevator. The living room is comfortable, bright, and spacious, with a sofa bed. It also has direct access to two French-style balconies that fill it with light. The bedroom has a built-in closet and a double bed. The kitchen is open to the living area, fully equipped, and with a washer-dryer. The bathroom has a shower.

Location
The apartment is located in a very quiet pedestrian street in the historic center of Malaga. Go out and stroll around Malaga. You will find within walking distance the main museums (Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Museum, Centre Pompidou Malaga), tourist attractions (the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre ...) and entertainment (stores, bars, restaurants and everything you need).

CONDITIONS
- Minimum stay of 2 nights and 7 nights for high season, minimum stay may vary for other seasons.
- Rates are based on 2 guests: add 15,00 € (low season) and 20,00 € (high season), per night and per additional guest.
- Special prices for: Christmas, Easter, August Fair, Film Festival, and Bank Holidays. In these periods, the price per night will be increased by 20 € over the High Season rate.
- To make a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (payment by PayPal carries a surcharge of 3%).
- A security deposit of 150 € is requested as a guarantee that the apartment will be left in good condition. It is returned upon departure from the apartment.
- Cleaning fee is 30 € per stay.
- Prices without VAT.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned in full.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the stay, there will be no refund of the deposit.
- The customer will not be entitled to any type of refund in case he leaves the apartment before the end of the booked stay.
