How far is the beach from the apartments?
The closest beach to the apartments in Playa de la Malagueta. It’s about a 15 minute walk. There is also public transport that takes you to the beach.
What is the time of check-in / check-out of the apartment?
The keys will be delivered at the apartment upon agreement of the arrival time with the customer.
The check-in time is at 1:00 pm. You can enter the apartment earlier if there is no guest leaving the apartment that same day.
The check-out time is at 11:00 am. You can leave the apartment later if there is no guest coming to the apartment that same day.
General admission hours are from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Late entry to the apartment that takes place after 22:00 will have an extra charge of € 20. After 23:00 hours the charge is € 30. Payment is made in cash upon arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?
• For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the rental, the deposit will be returned in full.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the stay, there will be no refund of the deposit.

How can you book an apartment?
• To book, it is necessary that customer makes a deposit, to confirm the booking, of 30% of the total price of the reservation, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (payment by PayPal carries a 3% surcharge).
• A security deposit of € 150 is requested as a guarantee that the apartment will be left in good condition. It is returned upon leaving the apartment.
