MALAMA C2
Tourist apartment in the center of Malaga which is located on the second floor of a renovated historic building with elevator. The apartment has an approximate area of 50 m². The ceilings are very high and give a feeling of spaciousness. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with sofa bed and access to a small balcony with a large window. The bedroom has a built-in closet and a double bed. The kitchen, fully equipped and with washer-dryer, is open to the living room. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom and has a shower.

Location
The apartment is located in a very quiet pedestrian street in the historic center of Malaga. Go out and stroll around Malaga. You will find within walking distance the main museums (Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Museum, Centre Pompidou Malaga), tourist attractions (the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre ...) and entertainment (stores, bars, restaurants and everything you need).

TERMS
- Minimum stay of 2 nights and 7 nights for high season, minimum stay may vary for other seasons.
- Rates are based on 2 guests: add € 15.00 (Low Season) and € 20 (High Season), per night and per additional guest.
- Special prices for: Easter, August Fair and Film Festival. In these periods, the price per night will increase by € 20 on the High Season rate.
- To book, it is necessary that the customer makes a deposit to confirm the reservation of 30% of the total price of the reservation, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (payment by PayPal carries a 3% surcharge).
- A security deposit of € 150 is requested as a guarantee that the apartment will be left in good condition. It is returned upon leaving the apartment.
- Cleaning costs € 30 per stay.
- Prices without VAT.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned in full.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the stay, there will be no refund of the deposit.
- The customer will not be entitled to any type of refund in case he leaves the apartment before the end of the booked stay.
