Management of advertisements
We will manage the ads through the main booking platforms: Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor, VRBO. We will improve the attractiveness of your listing with detailed descriptions and professional photographs.
Price optimisation
We constantly review prices to adapt them to supply and demand depending on the location and time of year, achieving the highest profitability. We adjust prices according to seasons and events and we analyse the competition.
Booking management
We will manage all bookings through the main booking platforms: Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor, VRBO.
Guest services
The peace of mind of both the client and the guest is one of our main objectives. We have a customer service department to resolve any queries or problems that the guest may have while staying at the property.
Check-In and Check-Out
We communicate with your guest in different languages and we will organise the check in and check that everything is in perfect condition when they leave.
Professional cleaning
We have contracted the services of a cleaning company specialised in tourist flats. Your property will be clean and tidy to accommodate your guests.
Lingerie replacement
We take care of washing the bed and bath linen and always replace them with care, making sure they are always in perfect condition for use.
Household maintenance
We offer a maintenance service for any unforeseen event. We will purchase any supplies that need to be replenished and we have a network of technical specialists to solve any problems.
WHAT IS OUR RATE?
30% OF EACH BOOKING
- No registration fee or permanence.
- Includes all costs of bed linen / towels to be invested during the duration of the contract.
- Includes minor expenses such as crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and pots / pans for cooking. We also include small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
- It does not include repair/purchase of large electrical appliances (washing machines, thermos, microwave, TV, etc.).
- Management of the tourist licence. If you do not have a tourist licence, we will help you to obtain it, guiding you through every step.
30% is deducted from the amount of the booking (the amount of the booking minus the portal’s commission).
